About the Position As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating with Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Understanding customer questions and providing clear, helpful answers. Finding suitable solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction. Managing customer requests accurately and efficiently. Documenting interactions and using internal systems to provide quality support. Working together with colleagues from different countries in a multicultural team. Requirements Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1/C2 level). Good level of English. Strong communication and listening skills. A positive, patient, and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to adapt to new processes and international environments. Comfortable working with digital tools and systems. Motivation to learn and grow professionally. Willingness to relocate to Greece.
