WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support on administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, certificate issuance, data maintenance and managing corporate benefits
- Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by managing, maintaining, and verifying records in our HRIS
- Support employee relocation processes, including visa applications and work authorization management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You are available for at least 6 months, currently enrolled as a student at a university
- Strong interest for People Operations topics, initial experience is a plus
- You combine a highly empathetic personality and a strong service mentality
- Fluent communication in both German and English
- Based in Berlin, available 20 hours per week, with at least one semester remaining in your studies.
