Microsoft Power Platform Senior Consultant

Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto. We are seeking a   Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant   with   5+ years of experience   designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in   Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric , combined with solid knowledge of   database design, business process automation, analytics, reporting, and systems integration . Experience supporting manufacturing and automotive business processes is highly desirable. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The selected candidate   must be bilingual (Spanish and English)   and   currently reside in Mexico . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Build and support: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate workflows Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions Develop automated business processes to improve operational efficiency. Create executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. Integrate Power Platform solutions with: Microsoft 365 SAP ECC Azure Services SQL Server Third-party applications Support governance, security, and application lifecycle management best practices. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support activities. Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives. Provide bilingual support to local and international stakeholders. Requisitos Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong hands-on experience with: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Pages Dataverse Strong database knowledge including: SQL Server Relational Databases Data Modeling Data Integration Experience designing workflow automation and business process automation solutions. Experience developing operational and executive reporting solutions. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and enterprise application connectivity. Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain processes. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Bilingual Spanish & English (spoken and written) — mandatory. Must currently reside in Mexico. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive manufacturing environments. Experience integrating Power Platform with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of: Microsoft Fabric Azure Integration Services Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Experience with AI Builder and Copilot Studio. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities. Stakeholder management. Business process analysis. Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and within multicultural teams.
