Scope of Work : Create and publish social media content across: Reddit Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok Launch and manage simple promotional campaigns. Monitor brand mentions and community discussions. Engage with users by commenting on relevant discussions and recommending company services where appropriate. Respond to comments and messages professionally. Schedule monthly content using social media scheduling platforms. Track social media analytics and campaign performance. Generate qualified leads through social media engagement. Collaborate with internal team members through Slack. Attend mandatory daily stand-up meetings. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Increase followers by 5–10% per month across active channels. Maintain 3–7% engagement rate per post. Generate 5–15 qualified leads per month . Qualifications : Experience in social media marketing. Strong understanding of Reddit marketing and community engagement. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing. Familiarity with social media analytics. Understanding of SEO fundamentals. Excellent written communication skills. Able to create authentic, human-written content. Comfortable interacting with online communities.
