Marketing Director, Dupixent Dermatology

What you will be responsible for? As Marketing Director, you'll lead the Dupixent Dermatology Marketing team to - Drive Dupixent leadership in Dermatology in China - Responsible for the achievement of the marketing mission, goals and financial objectives - Optimize growth in P&L - Steering, planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, project/platforms both external and internal. - Ensure effective management within MKT function, and cross-function collaboration within BU/Med/MA - Build a strong marketing team JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Pharmaceuticals or Marketing is preferred. Bachelor is acceptable. Experience & knowledge: Minimum 8 years working experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG industry, with strong execution track record of brand management or sales. Manages a team directly with at least 5 years experience. Digital marketing promotion experience will be valued. Core competencies: Demonstrate willingness and capability to learn, awareness of solving problems independently. Agile and pionerring thinking. Ability to lead and motivate a team with positive culture in line with Sanofi’s values Strong communication skills in English (written and oral) Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
