Guarantying the availability of critical spare parts and reducing inventory. Creation and maintenance of material codes. Reporting on KPIs (stock-outs, turnover, inventory, service level). Management of suppliers, orders, tracking, and consignment. Support the maintenance team in identifying critical spare parts and developing procurement strategies.
