Logistics Coordinator

Support foodpanda Myanmar management in developing and implementing the local logistics strategy. Execute logistics projects in collaboration with both local and global teams to achieve optimal results. Take ownership of performance improvement initiatives to strengthen fleet operations and rider relationships, including process innovations to enhance rider and delivery experiences. Lead and supervise support agents in resolving rider issues through the rider ticketing system. Assist in standardizing and improving the logistic process for fleet management. Support initiatives to improve delivery performance through fleet data analysis. Maintain a hands-on approach with strong attention to detail to effectively understand and resolve daily operational and logistics issues. Must hold a degree or diploma in any field. Experience in social networking and logistics. Responsible for data collection and reporting Able to support and manage engagement campaigns and activities (offline and online) Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office) Independent, proactive, highly motivated, and a fast learner. Positive attitude with good communication skills and a strong can-do mindset
