Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. Accrue clinical hours toward your independent license while you practice ‍ What you'll bring A valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona A Master’s degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus ‍ We're looking for therapists who bring A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
