Lead Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. Lead the Salesforce development team and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards are met. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to leverage new functionalities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications. Document processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference. Requirements: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of projects. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
