Hear more about MGT’s culture in the words of our  employees .  WHAT YOU’LL DO:   Write and adapt standards-aligned Math curriculum for grades K-5.  You’ll create engaging lesson plans, assessments, and student materials that foster mathematical reasoning and problem-solving.  Key Responsibilities:   Write and adapt Math curriculum and instructional materials (units, lesson plans, assessments, student materials)  Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers  Incorporate evidence-based best practices in Math instruction  Revise materials based on client feedback  Support development of professional learning materials for teachers  Apply knowledge of current trends in Math education   Integrate innovative strategies and tools to enhance learner engagement  WHAT YOU’LL BRING:   Bachelor’s degree in math, education, or related field  Familiarity with AI tools and comfort learning new software platforms  Strong familiarity with the US K-12 education system preferred  Excellent writing skills required, educational writing experience preferred    Exceptional attention to detail   Commitment to educational equity  Comfort with project management tools and deadlines  Ability and willingness to work up to 50 hours per week based on project needs and deadlines Commitment to organizational mission and inclusion  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Ability to manage, prioritize, and multitask  Ability to navigate ambiguity and meet frequent deadlines  Sense of humor and ability to work in a dynamic environment  Experience (professional, internship, or volunteer) in teaching preferred  WHAT WE OFFER:   Our world-class work environment encompasses flexible and remote work options, a commitment to equity, and nationally respected teams in management consulting and technology services.
