About the Position As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Advisor, you will support customers and help ensure they receive professional, friendly, and efficient assistance throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating with Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Understanding customer needs and providing accurate and helpful solutions. Handling customer requests while maintaining a high level of service quality. Creating positive experiences through clear and professional communication. Using internal systems and digital tools to manage customer interactions. Collaborating with colleagues from different countries in an international team environment Requirements Native or fluent Italian speaker (C1/C2 level). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to help others. Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing situations. Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms. Positive attitude and motivation to develop professionally. Willingness to relocate to Greece.
