Job Title: IT Vendor & Contract Manager Location: Krakow (4 days per week in the office) About the Role At Galderma , we are looking for an experienced IT Vendor & Contract Manager to lead the post-award management of strategic IT suppliers and managed service providers. This role is not focused on sourcing, tendering, or procurement activities. Instead, it is centered on ensuring that strategic IT partners deliver high-quality services, meet contractual commitments, and continuously improve performance in a complex global IT environment. The successful candidate will act as the key link between IT, suppliers, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, driving operational excellence, governance, service performance, and vendor accountability after contracts have been awarded. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in vendor management, managed services governance, service delivery, supplier performance management, and operational contract management. Key Responsibilities Vendor Governance & Relationship Management Own post-award governance for strategic IT vendors (mainly managed services), ensuring contracts are actively managed after signature. Run operational and executive governance cadence (weekly ops reviews, monthly service reviews, quarterly steering), driving decisions, actions, and follow-up. Serve as the central coordination point across IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance for supplier topics, ensuring clear ownership and consistent communication. Act as the day-to-day escalation point for service issues and disputes, coordinating resolution and ensuring contractual protections are applied. Service Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor vendor performance against KPIs/SLAs , maintaining scorecards to track delivery against agreed commitments. Lead remediation and corrective action plans to close performance gaps, working directly with suppliers and IT owners. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance service quality and long-term performance outcomes. Contract & Commercial Management Manage contract obligations, milestones, renewals, and compliance, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and upcoming commitments. Lead post-award changes including amendments and SOWs, coordinating scope, commercials, approvals, and documentation with IT, Procurement, and Legal. Support vendor financial management post-award, including invoice validation, consumption tracking, budget alignment, and cost optimization opportunities. What You Bring Significant experience in IT Vendor Management, Service Governance, Service Delivery Management, Supplier Management, or Managed Services environments. Proven experience managing suppliers after contract award within a live operational environment. Strong experience governing managed service providers and outsourced IT services. Hands-on experience with SLA/KPI management, service performance monitoring, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience leading operational and executive governance forums with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Strong understanding of operational contract management, contract compliance, renewals, amendments, and SOW management. Experience working within complex, global IT organizations with multiple stakeholders and suppliers. Ability to manage escalations, resolve service issues, and influence outcomes across internal and external teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Experience Experience managing global strategic IT vendors and managed service providers. Familiarity with IT service management practices and service governance frameworks. Experience collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Finance functions within a global organization. Experience supporting vendor financial management and cost optimization initiatives. What Success Looks Like Strategic IT suppliers consistently meet or exceed agreed service levels and business expectations. Governance forums drive clear decisions, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Contracts remain actively managed throughout their lifecycle, with risks identified and addressed proactively. Service performance continuously improves through structured supplier management and partnership. Galderma maintains strong, productive relationships with key technology partners while maximizing business value from vendor investments.
