Intermediate Salesforce Admin

Your mission Administer and  maintain  the  Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions and security configurations Monitor and manage data integrity, performing regular data audits, cleaning and migration Provide first-level user support, troubleshooting issues and assisting users with Salesforce functionality Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with internal stakeholders Identify system issues and document them clearly for escalation or resolution Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making Create and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools. Provide Training and guidance to users to timprove adoption and effective user of Salesforce Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization Your profile Proven experience as a Salesforce Admi nistrator or in a similar Salesforce role, ideally in Sales and Service Cloud Strong knowledge of user management, permission sets, profile and sharing settings Strong expertise in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce, CRM Analytics experience is a plus Experience in data management and related tools (such as Data Loader, Inspector Reloaded, Excel) Working knowledge of Salesforce flows and declarative automation tools Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities English Fluent, additional  languages are a plus Why us?
