Interim CFO

Lead a business-critical transformation Drive value creation across finance, operations, and M&A About Our Client Interim CFO opportunity within a manufacturing business undergoing transformation. Working closely with shareholders and senior leadership, the successful candidate will improve profitability, cash flow and operational performance while supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A and transaction readiness. Job Description Lead financial performance management, including profitability, cash flow, liquidity and working capital Conduct a rapid assessment of business performance and identify key improvement opportunities Design and execute transformation, turnaround and cost optimisation initiatives Strengthen controlling, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting processes Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability Drive value creation initiatives and establish performance improvement metrics Support strategic projects, including M&A, due diligence, integrations and transaction readiness Build transparent reporting and performance tracking for shareholders and key stakeholders Assess organisational structures, leadership capabilities and areas requiring restructuring or change The Successful Applicant Proven CFO experience within a manufacturing, industrial or production environment Strong track record in transformation , restructuring, turnaround or performance improvement activities, including acquisitions, integrations, divestitures or transaction preparation Deep expertise in controlling, FP&A, cash flow management and working capital optimisation Strong understanding of operational and commercial business drivers Previous experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, COO, Plant Director or similar operational leadership role would be highly advantageous Hands-on, results-oriented leader with the ability to drive change and deliver measurable improvements Experience working with shareholders, private equity investors, boards or holding structures is a plus Fluent English required Openess to work in the area of Lublin What’s on Offer High-impact interim assignment with significant influence on business performance and future strategy Direct collaboration with shareholders and senior decision-makers Opportunity to lead a business-wide transformation and value creation agenda Competitive interim management compensation package Potential for extension depending on business requirements and project outcomes Openness to working on-site near Lublin on a regular basis
