Job Summary/Objective The HRIS Technology Analyst plays a critical role in managing the full-cycle technology relationship for BBG’s clients, focusing on the implementation, ongoing management and renewal processes for internal HRIS systems. This position serves as the main interface between the client and the technology system, providing consultative management, support, training, and smooth operation of our benefits administration platform. The HRIS Technology Analyst also assists clients with day-to-day advisement, transactions, maintains data integrity, and keeping detailed records of customer interactions. Essential Functions/Duties The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Collaborates with Producer and Account Management teams to build the most efficient processes and systems to achieve client goals and objectives. Acting as the primary contact between clients and the HRIS technology system, building, and maintaining strong relationships with BBG’s clients. Consulting on system compliance procedures, successful implementation of ACA measurement periods, plan design set ups, onboarding processes and HR workflows. Leads the implementation and renewal processes for clients using HRIS technology systems, which includes but is not limited to: Identifying business units, common ownership, class structure and contribution strategies through client consultation, allowing for completion of build spreadsheets and data required for initial site implementation. Conducting client implementation calls, and HRIS Admin Training. Conducting Open Enrollment (OE) meetings with renewal team and client for OE planning and launches. Managing post-OE audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance, within both HRIS sites and vendor systems. Provide support to clients in using HRIS system, including: Scheduling and conducting calls, demos, and training sessions. Examining invoices and addressing client inquiries and general system questions. Guiding clients with day-to-day transactions, such as enrollment, terminations, task management, PTO tracking and accruals and billing for both clients and their members. Demonstrating the features and functionalities of the HRIS system to clients. Safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of data feed integrations, maintaining seamless communication between the technology system and client databases. Initiating and managing client payroll integrations, ensuring data accuracy, payroll calendars and solid understanding of operational processes. Managing the addition of COC, ERISA, and benefit documents within the HRIS platform and facilitating the tasking to client employees for document compliance. Collaborating and advising clients to establish and enforce HR policies that align with State and Federal legal requirements and ensure the HRIS system supports those legal guidelines. Maintaining up to date records of customer interactions, transactions, and any client inquires, complaints, or feedback regarding their technology and benefit suite. Providing ad-hoc reporting as needed, both internally and externally. Analyzing reporting data and integration reports to establish and continually monitor successful completion of API data transfer. Participate in broker and team meetings to ensure alignment and coordination with all relevant stakeholders. Staying current with the latest updates and features of HRIS systems and provide ongoing support and training to clients. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with team members and other departments. Familiarity and proficiency in using relevant employee benefits software applications, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools used for client management and communication. Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and client information.
