Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives across the APAC region. Manage talent acquisition, management, and retention initiatives to support organisational growth. Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness in the market. Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across multiple countries. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning and succession strategies. Manage HR budgets and optimise resource allocation effectively. Provide guidance and support on complex HR issues and organisational changes. The Successful Applicant A successful HR VP, APAC should have: A strong background in human resources management within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Proven experience in HR operations across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the APAC region. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills to manage complex organisational needs. A demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
