Due to a project, they are hiring a temporary HR Consultant. Position is remote for local DMV candidates. Pay: $53-55/hr, depending on experience Duration: until project is complete Overview of the HR Consultant role: Employee Handbook Review and Revamp Leave Management and Administration Recruitment SOP development HR Compliance Employee Relations Ad hoc projects/reporting Preferred Qualifications for the HR Consultant: 10+ years of progressive HR experience Bachelor's degree in HR or related field Domestic and Global experience is preferred SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR certification is preferred Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently
