We are hiring our Guest Operations Manager, reporting directly to the owner. You are the quiet architect behind our daily rhythm. You get to experience an entrepreneurial icon on the rise. The Role True ease requires invisible precision. You will design and steer the operating system that runs the house: -In Season (April–November | Salina): Lead the daily operation to elevate our guest experience. In the morning sync, orchestrate reception, align kitchen and housekeeping staff and data, and ensure every guest nuance is executed without friction. -The Evolution (Winter & Beyond | Fully Remote): Rebuild the operational blueprint, strategies, templates, standards, and training, from wherever you choose to live. Crucially, after completing your first season immersed in island life, you will bring fresh, progressive ideas directly to the owners to keep Principe di Salina one of the most exciting hotel experiences in Europe. The Profile A customer experience maestro combined with a project manager's discipline: obsessed with premium experiences, clean systems, effortless workflows, and excellence in communication to guests and staff. Background in excellence, in operations, high-end events, or luxury hospitality. Fluent English; conversational Italian is a welcome plus, but not mandated. The Terms Year-round contract (CCNL Turismo) with competitive compensation. Island accommodation on Salina; complete remote freedom all winter.
