We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Group Leader Process to lead a team of engineers in driving process optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is instrumental in enhancing manufacturing performance, supporting business objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation, quality and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure stable and efficient production; Identify process bottlenecks and lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies; Support new product launches and industrialization projects, ensuring smooth implementation into production; Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where needed; Lead root cause analysis activities and drive sustainable corrective and preventive actions; Manage engineering resources, priorities, and project timelines to meet business needs; Leads internal strategic projects and fulfill the tasks defined within them; Provides mentoring and onboarding training for new team members in Process Engineering; Actively participate in problem-solving activities and corrective actions.
