CEO to lead and integrate HVAC players in Northern Italy Niche PE firm with a strong industrial orientation focused on decarbonisation About Our Client Our client is a small but agile Private Equity with solid track record in building profitable platforms with a target of 10M€ EBITDA Job Description The first Group CEO, reporting directly to the Board will be responsible of the following tasks: Drive acquisition strategy and integrate the acquired companies Build a group's policies and framework to manage expansion and daily activities Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and foster growth. Oversee all operational aspects of the air treatment division, ensuring end to end project execution Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance. Lead cross-departmental teams to enhance collaboration and drive results. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the PE firm. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge. The Successful Applicant A successful General Manager for Air Treatment, holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, brings a strong track record in leading HVAC businesses across industrial, commercial and complex residential projects, combining deep sector expertise with a hands‑on, technical approach. The role calls for exceptional leadership and business integration capabilities, together with a proven ability to manage complex projects and consistently deliver targeted results. A highly strategic mindset, grounded in in‑depth market knowledge, is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to build and sustain effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and future entrepreneurs to acquire.
