Fullstack Technical Lead

The   Fullstack Technical Lead at OSF Digital   is a senior professional with expertise in React, Node.js, and Java development, responsible for leading the development and delivery of applications involving these technologies. This person combines specialized knowledge of front-end and back-end development to guide a team of developers in creating complete, efficient, and scalable software solutions. Work Location: REMOTE​ Key Responsibilities Lead a development squad, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance throughout project development, reporting to the IT Specialist and IT Coordinator. Define the architecture of robust full-stack applications, ensuring that they meet business needs and performance standards. Translate business requirements into system features, as well as reusable design strategies and patterns that support adaptability, scalability, availability, security, and resilience. Oversee the development of front-end and back-end components, ensuring code quality, the application of best practices, and integration between application layers. Conduct code reviews, manage version control, and ensure the maintainability and scalability of the codebase. Promote the adoption of development best practices and technologies, including DevOps, SRE, security, continuous integration, and cloud services. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the entire technology stack. Requirements Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, including experience designing software architectures, APIs, and microservices. Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks, with React being mandatory. Proficiency in back-end development, including server-side programming languages—Java and Node.js are mandatory—as well as SQL and NoSQL database technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
