Frontend Developer | Senior

What we're building BlancVPN is looking for a Frontend Developer | Senior to own and shape the web experiences around our privacy products. We treat the frontend as the product itself, not a thin layer on top: privacy tools only earn trust when they feel fast, clear, and solid — from the first load to the smallest interaction — and that feeling is built pixel by pixel on the frontend. You'll help build the web experiences people actually use to protect their privacy: shipping them on Vue 3 and Nuxt 3 , backing them with tests you trust, and sweating the performance and UX details that make a product feel dependable rather than just functional. What we're looking for Core Requirements - Fluent Russian and English ( B2+ ) - 5+ years shipping production frontend applications - Strong command of Vue 3 (Composition API) and Nuxt 3 - Excellent TypeScript and pragmatic frontend architecture skills - Experience building SSR applications and working comfortably around Node.js - Hands-on end-to-end testing with Playwright or similar tools - Unit and integration testing with Jest, Vitest , or comparable tools Nice-to-have - Experience with component-driven development and Storybook - Experience integrating headless CMS platforms; Sanity is a plus - Strong performance optimization skills, including Core Web Vitals - Familiarity with CI/CD and reliable release workflows - Clear communication, autonomy, and good product judgment What you'll be doing Core Development -Build and evolve our core web experiences with Nuxt 3 and Vue 3 - Design frontend architecture that scales cleanly as the product grows - Work with design to turn product ideas into polished, resilient interfaces - Expand and maintain the shared component library in Storybook Optimization & Quality - Write end-to-end, integration, and unit tests for critical flows - Improve performance, accessibility, and SEO where it matters - Shape content models and integrations in Sanity - Review code and raise the overall engineering bar on the frontend What we offer 🌍 Work from anywhere — fully remote (except Russia, Belarus, China, Syria, Iran, Yemen, North Korea, and some other regions). 🗓️ Flexible 5-day week — start when it suits you; loosely aligned to CET . 💻 Full home-office setup — all the equipment you need, on us. 🌴 40 flexible paid days off + paid sick leave. ❤️ Benefits — VHI, wellness, language courses, mental health support and a referral program. 📈 Room to grow — annual development budget + in-person team meet-ups.
