Finance Manager

Our client is a leading international company operating in the Energy sector, with a strong presence across multiple markets and a dynamic, growth-oriented business environment. Reporting directly to the international headquarters, the Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making at local and regional levels. Responsibilities The role will be responsible for the following activities: Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, treasury, controlling, and tax activities of the local organization. Manage, coach, and develop the Finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for the Group headquarters. Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Monitor business performance through financial analysis, KPI tracking, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to management. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and Group policies. Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and corporate finance stakeholders. Support strategic initiatives, business growth projects, and process improvement programs. Partner closely with business leaders to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. Your Profile Applications will be considered from candidates who meet the following requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Head of Finance, or similar senior finance leadership role. Previous experience within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or related industrial sectors is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing and developing finance teams. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change. Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance processes. Experience working within multinational environments and reporting to international headquarters. Fluent English, both written and spoken; the role requires daily interaction with global stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities. Proactive, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
