Position Overview As part of the Group Finance IS & Transformation team, you will own the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application supporting budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You will ensure the stability, performance, governance and continuous improvement of the platform while partnering closely with Finance, IT and external vendors. You will balance Run activities with Build initiatives and act as the primary point of contact for the EPM application. Platform: Board is our current EPM platform. Experience with Board is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates with experience on OneStream, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, Tagetik, Pigment, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), SAP BPC or similar EPM solutions are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities 1. Application Ownership & Run Own the EPM application and ensure service availability, performance and reliability. Manage incidents, service requests and problem resolution with internal teams and vendors. Administer users, security, environments and application configurations. Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules and calculation logic. Monitor integrations, interfaces and data quality across Finance systems. Coordinate releases, environment promotion (Dev/QA/Prod) and production support. 2. Build & Continuous Improvement Gather and challenge business requirements with Finance stakeholders. Coordinate developments delivered by third-party partners. Perform impact analysis, testing, UAT and release planning. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of EPM best practices. Maintain functional and technical documentation. 3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as the trusted partner for Finance users worldwide. Coordinate external support providers and monitor SLAs. Deliver training and promote standard processes and data governance. Report KPIs, risks and roadmap progress to management. Profile 6–10 years of experience supporting or administering an EPM platform. Experience with Board is a plus Hands-on experience with platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, Tagetik, Pigment, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), SAP BPC or equivalent. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning and management reporting. Knowledge of data modelling, ETL/integration, testing and release management. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
