Finance Director (Hotel)

Direct Influence On Business Performance And Strategy Team Development & Building a High‑performing Finance Function About Our Client Global hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead all financial operations for a large, full‑service property. Job Description Lead and oversee all hotel financial operations, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial information and assets Act as the primary point of contact for owners, internal and external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies Provide strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive profitability and long‑term financial performance Develop, manage, and present annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Oversee accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Payroll, Purchasing, Audit, and Financial Reporting Ensure strong financial controls, ethical accounting practices, and compliance with company policies and local regulations Partner closely with General Management and department heads on pricing strategy, cost controls, capital expenditure, and investment decisions Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative work culture Manage cash flow, inventory controls, credit policies, and collections to optimise liquidity and financial health The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Significant experience in hotel accounting or audit, including at least one year in a senior or supervisory finance role Strong working knowledge of hospitality finance, asset management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Professional accounting or finance certification preferred Confident leader with strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen Experience in large properties is highly advantageous Flexible to relocate within Asia What’s on Offer Location: Asia Accommodation provided as part of the benefits package.
