Role Overview: AmeriHealth Caritas is seeking a Facets Systems Analyst Lead to manage the technical team responsible for migrating and integrating FACETS configuration changes for all Lines of Business. You'll be a top technical contributor who formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and analysis, combined with an advanced understanding of applicable business industry requirements. Work Arrangement: Remote within the United States Responsibilities: Develops and modifies global system changes utilizing advanced understanding and technical knowledge of the FACETS application Understands/Implements changes with a broader knowledge of problematic issues, global impacts, and downstream effects Monitors existing system functionality and makes recommendations where appropriate to maintain acceptable levels of performance, reliability, and end-user satisfaction Serves as a technical consultant to assigned Health Plan(s) in the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation, as well as to Service Operations on business initiatives that require FACETS configuration modifications Assist and mentor less experienced FACETS Business System Analysts, as well as manage/lead large-scale projects and day-to-day workflow Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience in Business Administration or Information Systems Technology 2+ years supervisory or management experience preferred 5+ years Business Analyst, FACETS Configuration, or related business area experience 5+ years Microsoft Access or equivalent relational database application experience Ability to build complex queries, reports, and macros Our Comprehensive Benefits Package Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more.
