Michael Page focuses on professional, management and specialist talent across permanent, interim and project-based hiring. Page Executive focuses on research and practice-led executive search, assessment, and advisory for C-suite and senior leadership roles. We are hiring for both. Job Description Build relationships and partner with C-level leaders to understand business goals, priorities and advise on the people strategy to take them there. Partner with our research team to conduct market research and identify potential candidates for executive level roles. Screen, interview, and assess executive candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements. Conduct CEO assessments as part of key succession planning initiatives Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates. Support clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties. Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators. The Successful Applicant We are looking for either executive search professionals with a track record of delivering on complex C-level assignments or industry experts with a commercial background, who are looking for a career change. The ideal industry expert will have a commercial background including business development capabilities, with a strong network at C-level in the industry or a proven track record building relationships in the market. The Partner must be strong in execution and passionate about delivering for customers - while are supported with a highly capable research team, the Partners must be hands on in the delivery of searches, including interviewing all candidates in person, to establish suitability.
