Our Standards for Effective Coaching Kind and respectful treatment of our clients and those who support them Lifelong learner: participation in trainings and a growth mindset Reliability: being on time, keeping good notes, following procedural requirements, responsive to electronic communication Adaptability: the ability to roll with systems as they frequently get updated and improved What We Look For Availability: Provide 1:1 virtual coaching to 8+ clients per week with effective technology; maintain an updated work calendar to allow for ease of operational process. Relationship Builder: Skilled in connecting with clients, caregivers, and colleagues through virtual meetings, live sessions, and documentation. Preferred Background: At least 3 years working with students, professionals, or adults in one or more of the following: K–12/college support, online teaching, executive or career coaching, and ADHD or other learning challenges. Education/Experience: Master's in Education or related field, or equivalent experience. Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace, online learning platforms, web conferencing, and familiar with AI tools for client support. Work Environment: Quiet, dedicated professional-looking workspace with reliable internet; reliable phone and laptop for client communication. Other Requirements: Participation in onboarding, training, and monthly professional development; U.S. work authorization. Hiring Process For consideration, please complete our employment application and submit the following: A current resume/CV A cover letter describing your relevant experience and interest in coaching A short video (1 minute or less) telling us why you'd be an amazing fit as an Executive Function Coach Compensation and Benefits Coaches earn $40/hour for online coaching sessions (typically 45–60 minutes weekly), with opportunities for higher pay based on performance and tenure after one year of consistent coaching. Required training is paid at $20/hour. Coaches must complete company-provided live training before being matched with clients and participate in ongoing professional development during onboarding, including virtual group sessions and individualized support.
