We support providers nationwide through innovative software and Revenue Cycle Management solutions that help practices thrive financially while focusing on patient care.   We are   seeking   an experienced and client-focused   RCM Service Manager   to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients and is accountable for overall client health, operational performance, revenue cycle outcomes, and service satisfaction.   The RCM Service Manager partners closely with internal billing, claims, coding, vendor, and operations teams to ensure   timely   and   accurate   revenue cycle execution. This individual will lead strategic client conversations,   monitor   key performance indicators,   identify   risks, drive corrective action plans, and deliver   an exceptional   client experience.   This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, analytical skills, operational   expertise , and the ability to build trusted client partnerships.     Key Responsibilities   Client Relationship Management   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RCM clients.    Lead recurring client meetings focused on performance, trends, action plans, and overall account health.    Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and strategic guidance.    Manage escalations professionally and drive   timely   resolution .    Support client renewals, plan changes, provider adds/removals, and other account transitions.    Revenue Cycle Performance Ownership   Own clinic revenue cycle KPI performance, including but not limited to:    Days in Accounts Receivable    AR Aging >90 Days    Clean Claim Rate    Denial Rate    First Pass Resolution / Payment Rate    Collection Performance    Identify   root causes   impacting   financial performance and recommend solutions.    Develop action plans to improve collections, reduce aging, and   optimize   workflows.    Monitor payer trends, reimbursement patterns, denials, and operational risks.    Operational Partnership   Partner with claims, billing, coding, posting, and vendor teams to ensure execution is   timely ,   accurate , and aligned to client goals.    Coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve blockers and improve workflows.    Ensure system configurations and billing parameters   support   accurate   claim submission and payment maximization.    Maintain strong awareness of clearinghouse operations, eligibility workflows, claim status tools, and payer processes.    Reporting   & Strategic Analysis   Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews to clients.    Analyze trends, financial outcomes, and operational performance using reporting tools and dashboards.    Provide executive summaries and recommendations to leadership as needed.    Support   development   of new reporting tools, dashboards, and operational insights.    Compliance & Process Excellence   Ensure adherence to HIPAA privacy and security standards.    Maintain awareness of Medicare,   payer , and   revenue cycle regulatory changes .    Document workflows, protocols, and best practices for internal consistency and scalability.    Participate in ongoing training and professional development.      Skills and Experience   needed for success in this role :     Minimum   3+ years   of experience in healthcare account management, revenue cycle management, or medical billing operations.    Experience in outsourced billing, multi-specialty, or multi-client healthcare environments preferred.    Strong client-facing experience with   ability   to manage relationships and escalations.    Working knowledge of medical billing, coding, front office workflows, payer reimbursement, and physician practice operations.    Strong understanding of Medicare, commercial insurance, HMOs, PPOs, and HIPAA regulations.    Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.    Preferred Qualifications   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills   including   formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and data analysis.    Experience with EHR / PM systems and healthcare technology platforms.    Experience using Salesforce, Zoom, and Google.    Strong project management and follow-through skills.    Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.    Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.    Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
