Events Manager

We're partnering with a top health insurance provider to find a skilled Events Manager. This opportunity is located in Hingham, MA. Hybrid--on-site 2 days per week, plus event attendance. Contract until the end of the year. Must have large-scale corporate experience. *Events Manager Responsibilities:* * Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, experiential programs, and large-scale activations. * Collaborate with senior leadership to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives. * Develop detailed event plans, schedules, and workflows using tools like Workfront. * Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external vendors, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. * Handle end-to-end logistics, including vendor sourcing, onsite coordination, and budget management. *Events Manager Qualifications:* * 4-10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or project management. * Proven track record managing corporate events, conferences, and tradeshows. * Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and vendor relations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workfront preferred. * Familiarity with CRM systems, event platforms (e.g., Cvent), and virtual event tools. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
