Responsibilities: Conduct field audits (predominantly outdoor activity) for contractor companies operating on our plant premises; Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and internal rules, acting as a strong promoter of a safe working environment; Maintain a firm and consistent approach when identifying non-conformities, demonstrating perseverance and the ability to uphold decisions when necessary; Apply internal procedures and regulations accurately, with high attention to detail and consistency; Communicate observations from the field clearly and professionally, and follow up to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions; Centralize documents collected. Enrolled in a university program; Organized person, responsible, flexible and proactive; Attention to details; Good communication skills; Availability for a full-time schedule (8 hours per day); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
