Duties & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications. Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, scripts, and integrations. Configure CRM modules to meet functional requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and solution architects to deliver quality outcomes. Support integrations using Azure, APIs, and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Ensure all development aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards. Requirements Extensive hands-on experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom development. Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, solution layering, and deployment best practices. Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors. Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work tracking, CI/CD, and solution deployment. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root‑cause analysis capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proven ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within structured and compliance-driven environments.
