Director, Senior Counsel - Esoteric ABS & Securitizations

Opportunity to join growing legal team as senior member Esoteric ABS, CLOs, CMBS/RMBS focused opportunity About Our Client Global bank. Job Description Provide legal support to structured finance, capital markets, and investment banking businesses across a broad range of securitization and financing transactions. Support securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes, including asset-backed securities (esoteric ABS), CLOs, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), and other structured credit products Advise on CLO transactions, including warehouse facilities, new issuances, refinancings, resets, amendments, and ongoing deal management matters Support a growing Structured Finance group, partnering with senior business leaders daily. The Successful Applicant JD from top US Law School Admitted to NY State Bar 10+ years of experience handling structured products, securitizations, CLOs, CMBS/RMBS and asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS. In-house experience advising senior business leaders on ABS transactions is required. Must have strong and in-depth experience with esoteric asset-backed securitizations.
