Demand Planning Specialist

Job Purpose: This position belongs to BU Aftermarket APAC in Brembo China. Demand planning here is mainly responsible for leading the creation of demand forecast for assigned sales channel and making timely adjustment to ensure the business running smoothly. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: -Consensus Meeting 1, Lead the monthly forecast collection and verification with related commercial partners and coach them to improve the data quality 2, Support planning manager to prepare the related materials for an efficient consensus meeting 3, Follow up the outputs from the consensus meeting and escalate in case any deviation happens -Demand Management 1, Operational forecast management (analyze, verify the SKU level demand and adjust the forecast/safety stock whenever necessary) 2, Critical demand management (report critical demand, work with supply planning to propose solution & follow up actions) -Product Development Coordinate Participate the product development platform meeting on behalf of supply chain team, follow up the requirements from HQ product development team -Other tasks assigned by the superior Requirements and Qualifications: -Education: Bachelor degree or above -Experience: With 3+ years experiences in supply chain planning (in multinational company will be a plus) -Language: Good English and Chinese (both verbal and written) -Computer: Good at MS-Office (especially excel), ERP system (MS-AX/SAP is preferred) -Soft Skills: Work hard and proactively; Good communication skills
