The role: What's in the Box

Delivery is one of the most visible moments in a customer's HelloFresh experience, and how we shape it has a real impact on both customer satisfaction and cost-to-serve. As part of the European Network Team, you will own the experimentation and learning agenda that helps us understand what customers actually value, and where that value is worth the operational trade-off.

You'll be the connective tissue between Analytics, Tech, Commercial, and Network Operations, turning experiments run in one market into insights that inform decisions across all of Europe. If you enjoy translating ambiguous questions into rigorous tests, and rigorous tests into clear recommendations, this is your opportunity to shape how HelloFresh balances customer experience with operational efficiency at scale.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

• Define and prioritize the European experimentation and learning agenda for delivery propositions and demand steering strategies
• Identify and validate key customer, operational, and commercial assumptions through structured experimentation
• Design experiments and govern experimentation frameworks, methodologies, guardrails, and success criteria
• Partner closely with Analytics and Tech teams to ensure experiments are statistically sound and correctly interpreted
• Coordinate execution with Network Operations Planning, ensuring experiments are operationally feasible as well as scientifically valid
• Translate experimentation outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for Network, Commercial, and Product stakeholders
• Build and maintain a scalable library of validated insights on steering and delivery propositions that can be reused across markets

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

• A degree in a business, quantitative, or engineering discipline (e.g. Business Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar)
• Experience translating complex, multi-dimensional data into insight — comfortable connecting an operational change (capacity, distribution) to its customer impact (conversion, retention)
• A track record of analyzing customer behavior (choice data, transaction history, or scheduling patterns) to understand why customers make the decisions they do
• Strong business case and strategy skills — able to turn data insights into commercial recommendations that senior leadership can act on
• You don't need to be a statistician or data scientist — our Analytics team supports experiment modeling and technical setup (though experience designing or running experiments is a plus)
• You don't need to be a logistics expert — just the systems-thinking curiosity to see how a change in customer proposition plays out operationally
