What We're Looking For Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or modern BI platforms Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar cloud data platforms Hands-on expertise with Power BI semantic modeling, including DAX, tabular models, calculation groups, and row-level security Experience designing and maintaining modern data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data quality processes Strong SQL skills and experience using Python for data engineering and analytics workflows Experience integrating AI systems with curated data layers and semantic models Experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio data connectors and semantic layer integrations Experience with database administration using SQL Server, Azure SQL, or equivalent relational systems Understanding of ontology-style data modeling and knowledge structures for AI consumption Experience building stakeholder-facing dashboards and business intelligence solutions Ability to collaborate closely with AI and platform engineering teams on data architecture decisions Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to support documentation, issue reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Advanced English level Build the data foundation powering both AI and business intelligence across the enterprise. Design semantic data models, scalable pipelines, and governed integrations that turn operational data into AI-ready knowledge.
