In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for retail customers, medical providers, and wholesale accounts, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our brand.   Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and wholesale inquiries across digital channels (email, live chat) and phone. • Process e-commerce orders, manage returns, and resolve account discrepancies within our system. • Provide accurate product information and guidance on the application and benefits of the CO2Lift line. • Assist sales and logistics teams with B2B wholesale account updates and shipment tracking. • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.   Qualifications • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or office support. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. • Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) or CRM tools is preferred. • Dedicated home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection. • Ability to work standard business hours.   What We Offer • 100% Remote work flexibility. • Comprehensive initial onboarding and product training provided. • Employee discount on CO2Lift skincare products.   Lumisque Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
