Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently. Process orders, returns, refunds, payments, and account updates as needed. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude during all customer interactions. Meet or exceed customer service, quality, and productivity goals. Protect customer information and follow company privacy and security procedures. Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service. Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, policies, and procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or related experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and other office software. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and organization. Professional and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable internet and a suitable workspace for remote positions, when applicable.
