Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Location: Spain (Remote) Position: Senior Integration Consultant The Role We are looking for a Senior Integration Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex integration solutions across SAP SuccessFactors landscapes and enterprise systems. This role requires deep expertise in integration platforms such as Boomi and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), combined with strong consulting, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end design and delivery of integration solutions (Boomi, SCPI, APIs, middleware) - Act as technical authority for integration architecture and best practices - Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions - Drive workshops with clients to define integration strategies and architectures - Own estimations, solution design, and delivery planning - Manage complex integrations across multiple systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, third-party) - Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations - Oversee deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents and escalations - Mentor and support junior consultants and developers - Govern documentation standards and ensure high-quality deliverables - Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies - Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AMS, Project, Functional, Security) Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field - 5+ years of experience in integration technologies - Strong expertise in Boomi and/or SAP CPI (SCPI) - Solid understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and middleware patterns - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integrations - Knowledge of Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and web technologies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proven experience leading integration workstreams or projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent English (B2/C1 level or higher) Desirable - Experience defining integration architecture for large programs - Certifications in Boomi or SAP Integration Suite - Experience with data migration and transformation strategies - Knowledge of security concepts (OAuth, SFTP, encryption) - Experience working in global delivery models - Additional European language At Strada, our values guide everything we do: Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
