Description Neurophysiologist - Advanced IONM Surgical (Non-Certified) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advanced Certified IONM Surgical Neurophysiologist to join our dynamic team. Midwest/airport hub preferred.  Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and operation of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring equipment - Observe and record neurophysiological data during surgical procedures - Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient monitoring - Maintain accurate documentation of neurophysiological findings and procedures - Support the training and development of junior staff and new team members - Adhere to established protocols and safety standards to ensure high-quality patient care Join our innovative team committed to advancing patient care through cutting-edge neurophysiological monitoring. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - CNIM Certification - Experience in Spine and Craniotomy procedures - Bachelor's degree in neurophysiology, neuroscience, or a related field - Basic understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiological monitoring techniques - Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills in intraoperative neurophysiology - Prior experience in a clinical neurophysiology setting is preferred but not required
