Summary The Case Processing Manager will work closely with leadership and insurance carriers to aid in resolving cases. This individual will be responsible for providing critical support to new clients and ensuring they are properly cared for throughout the process. The individual will also assist in developing and negotiating on behalf of the clients to help ensure the clients an optimal return. Position Starts at $18.00-$20.00 hourly. Responsibilities Aid in client onboarding and work to continue to increase the level of care our clients are provided during the life of their cases Assist in client communications to ensure a clients are provided a seamless process Work closely with management to determine the anticipated value of client claims. Help resolve filed cases and communicate closely with client throughout the process.
