About the Role We are looking for a high-potential medior professional to join the CEO Office as a Business Management Associate. In this role, you will support the Business Manager and CEO Office in governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities. You will gain exposure to senior management topics and develop your business management skills through close coaching, hands-on experience, and involvement in cross-functional initiatives. What You’ll Do Bachelor’s with analytical background like Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master’s degree will be a plus), Previous experience in business management, strategy, consulting, project coordination, analytics, or a similar area is a plus; exposure to CEO Office or executive office environments is an advantage Experienced in reporting and documentation, capable of preparing reports for senior management and taking clear, well-structured notes 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in international environment Solid knowledge of project or program management, with a proven record of leading projects in complex organizations being a plus Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; data visualization tools a plus. Excellent team member with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish What You Bring Support the Business Manager and CEO Office in planning, coordination, and execution of key business priorities Coordinate with stakeholders across different functions, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up of actions Prepare management meetings, including materials, meeting notes, and action tracking Support reporting, documentation, and governance activities Contribute to change and improvement initiatives by helping track progress and coordinate deliverables Collaborate with the broader Hubs Network on shared initiatives and updates Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to support business decisions and operational improvements Develop business management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills through hands-on experience and coaching What we offer at ING Hubs Turkiye At ING Hubs Turkiye, we believe that your work should be fulfilling in every way.
