This structure enables efficient operations while supporting continued growth and expansion. Job Description * Own and deliver the full US P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and financial forecasting * Lead and support the sales function to drive sales performance and prescription growth * Lead and support the market access function to expand payer coverage * Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue and market share * Drive expansion within institutional channels * Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance management * Collaborate with shared services teams supporting finance, analytics, supply chain, and operations * Identify and execute opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and business performance * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and compliance standards The Successful Applicant 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience Proven leadership experience in branded pharmaceutical commercial roles Experience managing sales and market access functions Prior P&L ownership or business unit leadership experience strongly preferred Experience with LTC or institutional channels preferred Experience in specialty pharma, branded generics, or lean commercial organizations preferred MBA or advanced degree preferred Ideal What's on Offer Executive compensation package + bonus
