Business Analyst II

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management:  Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive work to completion against target dates   Stakeholder Management:  Proven ability to manage expectations, communicate proactively, and navigate competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups   EDI & Integration Knowledge:  Extensive understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and working knowledge of XML, JSON data formats with ability to create detailed field-by-field data mappings   Communication:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences   Problem-Solving:  Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues early, develop solutions independently, and demonstrate sound judgment in knowing when to escalate to management     REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related analytical field preferred, OR 5+ years logistics industry experience in a technical domain   Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience   Logistics experience (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage)   Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders   Experience coordinating development teams and driving technical implementations   Proven track record of delivering integration projects on time   PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Agile/Scrum project experience working within agile frameworks, creating actionable stories, and maintaining team velocity   SQL or other programming language experience   Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, Sterling Integrator, Informatica)   Experience managing client expectations in consulting or implementation environments   CERTIFICATION & LICENSES:   Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP) preferred but not required     Why You Should Work for Crane?
