Book Blast Outreach Specialist

Overview You will connect with K-6 schools to introduce the Book Blast program, coordinate brief Zoom presentations for principals and school leaders, and help more students build home libraries. This is a high-quality outbound sales role focused on scheduling attended presentations with the right decision-makers. What you will do: Call and email school contacts to introduce Book Blast and schedule presentations with school leadership and high-level influencers at the school Confirm attendance, send calendar invites, and handle reschedules with speed and care Encourage principal participation and ensure the right stakeholders are in the room Log activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot with complete and timely data Follow compliant outreach practices that respect school policies and student privacy Share insights from conversations to improve messaging and lists Special projects as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of outbound phone-based inside sales experience with consistent activity Clear, warm communication and active listening skills Strong organization, and follow-through Comfort using CRM tools such as HubSpot and calendar tools like Zoom Proficiency in Microsoft Office Coachable mindset with openness to call reviews and feedback Experience Remote working: 1 year (Preferred) Outbound B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Experience calling into K-8 schools (Preferred) Familiarity with objection handling in busy school environments (Preferred) Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Vision insurance Health insurance Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account Supplemental benefits (critical illness, accident, & hospital indemnity) Employee assistance program Internet stipend Company paid life insurance + buy-up option Company paid short-term & long-term disability insurance Paid Time Off Paid Volunteer Time Off Work from home Pay This role is compensated at an hourly rate starting at $25.00.
