Job Description Advise clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements. Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal counsel to clients. Support clients in structuring and closing transactions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure successful deal execution. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide insights to clients and team members. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admittance to the New York State Bar. Strong knowledge of corporate law, particularly mergers, acquisitions, and private equity. Proven ability to manage complex transactions and multitask effectively. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced professional services environment. What's on Offer Competitive annual base salary ranging from $235,000 to $365,000, based on JD year and other relevant factors. Discretionary bonus opportunities.
