Job Description Advise clients on finance-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and related documentation. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on financial transactions. Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial activities. Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the professional services sector. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends. Support the development of innovative solutions to address client challenges. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in the relevant state. 4-5 years' experience in finance-related legal transactions and agreements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients. What’s on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $310,000 to $365,000 per year, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
