Associate Commercial Manager

We’re hiring an Associate Commercial Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across Malaysia, with a strong focus in business development / prospecting in Malaysia. This role demands a hunter mindset and You will report to the Regional Head of Business Development and play a central role in shaping the next chapter of TabSquare’s commercial success. Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close new SMB clients through a mix of outbound efforts, inbound leads, and partner referrals. Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—tailoring solutions to fit customer needs. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all account and sales activities in CRM tools. Actively manage your pipeline to ensure consistent activity, forecasting accuracy, and target achievement. Commercial Analysis: Use data to prioritize accounts, track performance, and identify growth or churn risks.
