1. The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Employer Brand team. Together, you'll be building and amplifying Mirakl's employer brand to attract exceptional tech and business talent around the world.

2. Your Impact

🚀 Amplify our Employer Brand : Manage our Social Media channels, handle community management, optimize our presence on recruitment platforms (Welcome to the Jungle, Glassdoor…), and create guides and resources for candidates.

✍️ Create content with our employees : Tech articles, video testimonials, employee portraits, photo stories: you'll find and tell the stories that exist within our teams, showcasing our expertise and what it's really like to work at Mirakl.

📨 Bring our internal communications to life : Design and write engaging newsletters, help prepare team moments, and contribute to the Mirakl employee experience day to day.

🎤 Organize events for the tech community : Meetups, conferences, recruitment events, and initiatives that strengthen our place in the tech ecosystem.

🤝 Connect our teams : Act as the go-to point of contact between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communication, Labs, and other departments to coordinate our employer brand efforts.

4. What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• First experience in communications, content creation, or project management (internship or student project )

• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, accurately, and engagingly in both French and English

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders

Skills:

• Copywriting & storytelling

• Social media management

• Content creation & visual communication

• Project coordination & stakeholder management

• Curiosity for tech and innovation
