APPOINTMENT SETTERS

We are hiring motivated Appointment Setters for outbound calling campaigns. Your job is simple: call, qualify, and book appointments for our sales team. No closing, no selling required.  Daily Targets & Work Structure 1. Calling Hours: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week 2. Call Volume: Minimum 18 calls per hour = 72 calls/day minimum 3. Work: Outbound calls to warm/cold leads using provided script + CRM 4. Tools: We provide leads, dialer, script, and training  Compensation - Performance Based Pay per Appointment basis - no base salary. 1. $7 per qualified appointment booked and confirmed 2. BiWeekly Payouts Requirements 1. Excellent English communication + neutral accent preferred 2. Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace 3.
